Based: Whiteley
Salary £20 to £25k plus commission
Brand new client Brand new company Brilliant opportunity to get a foot in the Recruitment door and forge your career with a top-notch company who have built their company on their own successes and billing.
You will not only work for the best in the business but will be trained by the best as well.
Recruitment sharks need not apply Our client is looking for a nice person, who is kind and compassionate but has the commercial savvy to build a desk, make placements and earn some serious money.
This is the company for you:
- if you want a minimum holiday policy - you MUST take 30 days holiday
- if you want no mandate on working hours
- if you want full technical set up for working both from home and the office
- superb health care is yours once you pass your probation period
- good basic salary and commission structure - uncapped earnings
Oh and they have just increased their pension contributions from the minimum 3% to 4%, because they wanted to. These guys want people to come and work with them, want to train them well and want to help them achieve and succeed.
Recruitment is not for the feint hearted, but this opportunity will provide you with a solid base to start your career and will maximise your potential for earning commission.
