Red Dragon Group Ltd is recruiting a **reliable **cleaner for our client’s site in Cardiff Ocean Way starting ASAP. The following hours are required during this contract.

**Hours**:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 15:30 - 20:00

Tuesday & Friday 14:30 - 20:00

Total weekly hours = 24.5hrs
**Days**:
Monday to Friday £10.88ph (including bank holidays at £16.32ph)

**Job description**

Maintain the highest standards of integrity focusing directly on our client's needs, be passionate about our business, and maintain an immediate sense of urgency to our clients. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our cleaning team.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors and stairs
- Cleaning restrooms
- Cleaning sinks, worktops in staff break rooms
- Restocking supplies in toilets, break rooms, and common areas
- Emptying all rubbish bins and replacing liners, cleaning receptacles as necessary
- Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture
- Cleaning window sills and vents
- Maintaining cleaning cupboard in a clean, organised and safe manner
- Maintaining cleaning equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good client/customer service skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work effectively with a team
- Ability to work independently as needed
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products or a willingness to learn (Full Training Provided)

Walking, standing, bending, and carrying medium to heavy items

**Essential**:
Good Communication Skills

Pass alcohol and drugs testing

**Desirable**:
COSHH
