We are looking for an outstanding **Care & Support Worker** with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You’ll be working **42 **hours per week at **Beacon House**, on a rolling rota, in our shift pattern within the days Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, and then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday the following week.

**Beacon House **is a specialist residential service in West Yorkshire. We support individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

**Your day-to-day**
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
