An exciting job to join a leading estate agent specialising in high end property as a letting’s negotiator. This is a fantastic role in which you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and creating lasting relationships with tenantsto guide them through the lettings process from enquiry to completion.

**Job description for a lettings negotiator**
- Producing all relevant tenancy paperwork
- Proactively manage own applicants and mailing list to generate viewings.
- Maintain regular contact with applicants
- Conduct viewings in highly professional manner out of the office when required.
- Follow up viewings and provide feedback
- Greet general public in office in professional manner
- Dealing with day to day general enquiries from customers both face to face and over the telephone.
- Actively pursue new business.
- Handle deposits

**Job skills for a lettings negotiator**
- Experience in Lettings / Residential property is essential
- Local market knowledge is desirable
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Great ability to build rapport.
- Ability to show excellent organisation and efficiency skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Valid UK drivers’ licence
- Local market knowledge is desirable
- Reliably commute to Altrincham
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
