**Your Role as a Senior Restaurant Receptionist**

As a **Senior Receptionist**, you’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable guest experiences while leading by example. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and mentoring the reception team to maintain high standards of service.
- Coordinating guest bookings and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
- Welcoming guests with charm, professionalism, and a warm demeanor.
- Acting as the key liaison between guests and other departments, ensuring seamless communication.
- Handling special requests with discretion and precision.
- Supporting team training and assisting with onboarding new reception staff.
