**The Role**:
You'll work directly with children and young people, helping them feel safe, valued, and understood. This isn't just a job - it’s an opportunity to help build structure, boundaries, and trust in young lives.
- **8-hour shifts**
- **Permanent contracts**available with full training
- **Bank (flexible) positions**for experienced childcare workers

Whether you're an experienced support worker or looking for a career change with **transferable skills**, this could be the perfect fit.

**For Permanent Staff**:
We’ll **invest in you**. Our **6-month paid training programme**will prepare you with the skills and confidence to thrive in this role. All we ask is your **commitment, consistency**, and the courage to grow.

**Bank Staff**:
Already experienced in trauma-informed care or residential childcare? Looking for **flexibility**without the commitment of a full-time role? Join our **bank team**and pick up shifts that fit your life. _(Note: training programme not included for bank roles.) _
