Our Park Cleaners are responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of both public and team areas of the Theme Park and Resort, ensuring that our pack is clean and litter free for both our guests and team members.

You are expected to be role models on delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst

Cleaning toilets and facilities
Emptying bins
Litter picking
Clearing tables
Clearing up spillages
Undertaking daily cleaning in all areas
Sharing your Park Knowledge to answer queries from our guests

No previous cleaning experience is necessary although this is preferred, but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.

Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
Be physically able to be on your feet for extended periods of time whilst walking across the Theme Park or Resort, litter picking, rolling large bins or restocking toilet facilities
Display confidence in working around the public
Possess an ability to work independently, without supervision and as part of a larger team and enjoy sharing a passion for giving a great guest experience

This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as bank holidays.

Our hours of work in this department are between 07:00 and 23:00, if there is a particular shift pattern you are looking for then we can be flexible to suit you. Eg: this role can be split into morning or evening cleaners.

Hours will be rostered in advance. Flexibility is also required from you to meet peak and off-peak demands of our opening.

You will need to have proof of right to work in the UK (either a birth certificate or current passport) and be able to provide details of a reference. Please ensure that you have both before applying
