A growing distribution business is looking for a confident and driven Graduate Business Trainee to join their team in their modern and fast-paced office in Coalville. **Role Responsibilities**

Due to the progression of previous graduate trainees, the business is now looking for new talent. As a Graduate Business Trainee, you will:

- Receive tailored training from an experienced and successful manager
- Gain insight into various areas of the business
- Manage the customer care process and advise end users on solutions
- Complete general administration duties and ad-hoc tasks
- Receive full training on their bespoke system and learn about a variety of business areas
- Have opportunities to progress and work within different departments in the business e.g. administration, sales, logistics
- Work closely with senior management on different commercial projects and have the opportunity to progress your career in the future

**Rewards**

As a Graduate Business Trainee you will receive:

- Starting salary of £22,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience)

- Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8.30-5.00 with 1 hour for lunch

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this graduate trainee role, you should be:

- A dynamic graduate with excellent communication skills
- Business-minded and a quick learner
- An excellent team player
- Able to take the initiative and solve problems
- Positive and ambitious
- Computer literate with a standard understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- In possession of a full UK driving licence (preferable, but not essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
