**Overview**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time assistant within our accounts division who are an integral part of our structure. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be supported by a dedicated accounts manager and the team who work directly within the company. Small friendly office environment with a big company emphasises on ensuring a comfortable happy working environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Enter Purchase Invoices
- Create Sales Invoices (includes some Domestic Reverse Charge VAT)
- Produce monthly schedule of supplier payments
- Sending monthly statements to customers / manage credit control
- Enter Credit Card transactions and chase VAT invoices
- Time sheet prep for payroll processing
- Assist with answering the phone

**Experience**
- AAT qualified or proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
- Payroll
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and telecommunication systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
