Estates Administrator

**Job Summary**
SK Group has a great opportunity to join an established and forever-growing organisation. Trading under several brands (Dominos Pizza/ Tim Hortons), you will contribute to the ongoing success of all of them. Working within the Estates team, you will support the day-to-day administration of approximately 390 properties across SK Group. Reporting to the Estates Manager and supporting the Estates Coordinator, you will undertake a range of administrative tasks required for effective estate management.
- Uploading invoices to portal ready for processing and following up on payments.
- Arranging property inspections.
- Assisting in the maintenance of property databases, ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Supporting the Estates Coordinator with general property management tasks for Tim Hortons and Dominos.
- Assisting in the recording and processing of business rates demands across the Group.
- Assisting the Estates Coordinator in the administration of the residential/sublet portfolio.
- Ensuring documents are processed and electronically filed as required.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required to obtain the documents and information required for effective estate management.
- Providing administrative support for other Estates projects as required.
- Processing incoming post, dealing with simple queries and forwarding others to appropriate contacts.
**Skills/Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial property management preferred but not essential.
- An understanding of the occupational costs associated with commercial property (Business Rates/ Service Charge/ Insurance) would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong clerical and office skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Programs (Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Ability to work with computerised systems for administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a small team.
Working environment - Office based
Hours of work are between 9.00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (contract hours 40 hrs p/w).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
