**Hours**:Full time, 37.5 hours per week

**Based**:The role will be primarily based in our **Portsmouth** office, located at Lakeside, North Harbour. We work a hybrid model with a minimum 60% of time based in the office (3 days for a full-time employee).

**The role of Creative Artworker at BTS**:
This is an **entry level **project role within the organisation, well suited to someone looking to progress in a design role.

In this role you will:

- Work within our European Design Team to provide graphic support for our learning programmes delivered to multinational companies across the globe.
- Work primarily on editing the layout and beautifying PowerPoint decks and producing a wide range of print materials to support our experiences, but also work in more niche opportunities designing and editing complex, content rich learning solutions for our clients, including digital UI and videos, all according to our client’s branding guidelines.
- Have the opportunity to take on more complex and involved programmes of work, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure each client project is run successfully, as you learn and develop.

Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. The work is responsive to the projects and clients so the pace can fluctuate.

- Have a **passion for art work and design**:

- Bring post-secondary education in the art work and design field or equivalent knowledge from work experience
- Have experience with:

- Adobe Creative Suite programmes
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Acrobat and
- MS Office programmes
- Have **strong attention to detail **and** customer service skills**:

- Are **resilient** and **adaptable**, open to navigating change and ambiguity.
- Can **work at pace **and are able to manage your workload and balance shifting priorities.
- Bring **professionalism**, are **confident, curious and proactive**, ready to ask questions and always keeping an eye on what comes next.
- Demonstrate **strong communication skills** and an ability to **build relationships** at all levels.

Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role so you will need to have the right to live and work in the UK. You will also be asked to work from the Portsmouth office so should live within a reasonable commuting distance or be prepared to move prior to commencing in the role.
