**Care Connect Agent (Dental Receptionist & Dental Nursing Support)**

**Location**: Crawley - Quality Dental Group

**Hours**: Full time, 42 hours per week

(Monday-Friday, Occasional weekends)

Quality Dental Group is expanding, and we are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a warm, organised and motivated Care Connect Agent to join our Care Connect Team, primarily based at our Crawley practice.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional General and Cosmetic Dental Care across nine practices in London and along the South Coast of England. As our group continues to grow, we are seeking a qualified Dental Nurse to join us in a unique, multi-site role that combines nursing, reception duties and Care Connect responsibilities.

The Care Connect team provides remote telephone and administrative support to our practices, helping manage patient calls, assisting with patient enquiries, appointment bookings, and general administrative tasks.

As a Care Connect Agent, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding communication and service to our patients. Although primarily based at our Crawley site, you will also support our Horsham and Coulsdon practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Remote administration and reception support
- Lead Management and new patient coordination.
- Providing in-person reception cover
- Dental nursing cover
- during annual leave, sickness, and busy periods. (Horsham, Coulsdon and Crawley)

This is a varied and dynamic role for someone who enjoys both patient facing, and administration duties.

**Location**

You will work across our Crawley, Horsham and Coulsdon practices when required. At all other times, you will be based at our Crawley office, working as part of the Remote Care Connect Team.

**What we are looking for**
- A Dental nurse who holds a valid Dental Nursing qualification and registered with the GDC or working towards registration.
- A flexible and reliable individual able to travel between Crawley, Horsham and Coulsdon.
- Experience in customer service and administration.
- Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
- Confident using IT systems, Dental software, CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of multiple teams.
- Flexibility to support multiple practices and work occasion evenings, or weekends.

**Hours**
- 42 hours per week.
- Shifts will fall between 8:00am and 19:30pm Monday to Friday.
- Occasional and pre arranged Saturdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
