**ROLE**: Adult Care Lawyer
**LOCATION**:London / full remote
**CONTRACT**:3 months ongoing
**RATE**:£50.00 to £60.00 per hour
**The Role**
- To manage a full caseload and provide legal advice in relation to adult social care matters
- To provide legal and procedural advice to Members and Officers relating to Adult Social Care law matters
- To assist more junior members of staff when required to do so

**The Person**
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years' PQE within Adult Social Care Law
- Previous working experience at a local authority would be essential for this position
- Comfortable in managing a full caseload of complex matters
- Experience of advising on cases in Courts, Tribunals, and Inquiries, including undertaking public inquiries and judicial reviews
