The Responsive Repairs Team Leader will oversee and manage the team of operatives responsible for our day-to-day responsive repairs. Ensuring repair needs are addressed promptly and effectively, whilst maintaining good quality and safe homes which meet or exceed regulatory and legislative requirements. We seek team members with strong relationship-building skills, a collaborative approach, initiative and excellent communication skills to enhance overall customer experience.
