**Job Overview**

**Key responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests; present menus and take accurate food & beverage orders.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly; check guest satisfaction.
- Present bills and process payments using POS.
- Maintain table setup and cleanliness; assist side-station duties.
- Promote specials and recommended dishes politely.
- Communicate bilingually between guests and kitchen when needed.

**Person specification / Requirements**
- Confident conversational English,Mandarin is plus.
- Right to work in the UK (or able to provide appropriate contractor documentation).
- Previous restaurant/front-of-house experience preferred (6-12 months+).
- Polite, attentive, team player; able to work evenings & weekends.
- Basic numeracy and cash handling; POS experience a plus.
- Food hygiene / Level 2 desirable (training provided if needed).

**Contract & hours**
- **Contract type**: Self-employed / contractor (self-employed contract).
- **Minimum hourly wage**.
- Contracts: Full-time / Part-time / Zero-hours-style availability under self-employed arrangement.

**Salary & benefits**
- Minimum hourly wage (depends on age & experience).
