**About the role**:

Activate Learning are recruiting for a Student Experience Team Leader to work alongside their Regional Lead to oversee and manage the Student Experience on our Farnham Campus, ensuring that students have access to the resources and services they need to succeed academically, socially, and personally. As the Student Experience Team Leader, you'll have the chance to shape memorable experiences that will stay with our students long after they leave our campus.

Reporting to Regional Head of Student Experience, and working closely with the Group Director of Faculty and campus, students, faculty, and staff you will help to create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive campus community culture that fosters learning, growth, and development, designing your approach to meet local needs whilst maintaining group attitudes and standards. The role will be expected to:

- Work with the Regional Head of Student Experience to maintain the highest quality student experience and campus community outside of teaching areas
- Contribute to local leadership at Farnham campus
- Engage with all student groups on Farnham campus including online, to gather their feedback and drive improvements
- Build internal and external community networks and partnerships, to specifically enhance the student experience
- Work collaboratively with and contribute to a variety of internal networks to ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory regulations e.g., Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Ofsted

**What do you need to be successful as a Student Experience Team Leader at Activate Learning?**

A level 3 safeguarding qualification, experience in events management and any other relevant professional qualification are desirable, but not essential.
