**The Role - Wembley Stadium Permanent Security Team Officer**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To be able to engage confidently with customers at all levels, providing them with a positive experience within a friendly environment of First Response Group
- Liaise with management team and operations team
- To conduct regular patrols of the site on foot, ensuring all occurrences are logged on return to the Security base.
- Ensure all occurrences/incidents within your duty are recorded
- Understand and follow site procedures and escalation.
- First Line response: Able to respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations across site

**Essential**:

- Valid Door Supervisor SIA license is essential
- Proven experience in a security is preferred, however, training is provided.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- 5 years checkable work history
- Role requires officer to be physically fit with the ability to communicate in good English, both verbally and written.

**Desirable**:

- CCTV SIA or Close Protection Licence
