**_Type of Contract:_** Permanent

**_Salary:_** £37,710 - £46,268 (Dependent on Experience)

**_Essential:_**
- Track record of at least 3 years effective line management with management qualification at level 3 or above
- Experience of working in a Health and Social Care environment (Substance Misuse, Residential, Mental Health, Housing)
- Experience of setting, managing and controlling budgets

**_Expectations of the role:_**

- To oversee the day to day management of the treatment centre, as directed by the Head of Operations, ensuring all appropriate policies, procedures and best practice is adhered to
- Provide appropriate advice and support, in line with the Residential Programme; assisting residents to address their gambling and achieve their goals; ensure residents are registered with local facilities such as GPs, Housing Departments, other local communityactivities and support and are claiming appropriate welfare benefits.
- To ensure the staff team are supporting residents to develop life skills and budgeting skills and ensure they look after their health and wellbeing.
- Responsibility for ensuring that all administration functions are dealt with by the team in a professional and timely manner e.g. correspondence, monitoring information, record keeping and maintaining information data bases
- To oversee the weekly rota for Saturday cover, ensuring there is adequate staff on site and for the emergency out of hours rota to be provided outside working hours
