Digital Access Champion

**Overview**
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team supporting patients with digital access at our GP Surgery. We are a large and progressive Practice, serving 39,000 patients across four sites. This on-site role involves assisting users/patients with various technical issues when using the NHS App, our Practice website and Klinik, our online consultation tool. The role will also cover ad hoc support in the Reception/Care Navigator team, some staff IT support and administrative premises work as needed.
**Duties**
- Provide technical support both face to face on over the phone for both hardware and software issues across various operating systems and Apps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Assist users with desktop support tasks, including software installation and updates.
- Manage user accounts and permissions and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Maintain documentation of technical processes and user instructions to enhance the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update the website and social media.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in desktop support and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
