**What we are looking for**

We are looking for a Head Host/Hostess which is an essential role within the front-of-house team, with a bright and bubbly character and a positive attitude. This role is perfect for a person who feels comfortable communicating with all customers and working as part of a team.

Here is the mission of a Head Host in London:

- Reports to the F&B Managers
- Provide a high standard of service with confidence, be professional, and exceed customers’ expectations at all times
- Lead and training of the host team
- A passionate, self-starter, creative team player with an interest in hospitality
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and Mama fashion
- Managing the door with the aim of maximising covers and turns
- Ensuring the team is kept up to date on bookings and any changes
- Must be able to multitask and remain calm
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
