We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Operations Support Lead within our Burton office.

You will be overseeing and leading the operation managers in ensuring all day to day tasks related to their role and the department are achieved. Ensuring our patients needs are met and outcomes achieved all in line with budgetary requirements, whilst working efficiently and effectively.

You will also be responsible for the management of policies, procedures and processes. Supporting the Head of Clinical Operations by contributing to improvement initiatives, providing guidance and expertise and identifying opportunities to optimise systems and processes, working in collaboration with the Senior Business Analyst.

This role will see you promoting a culture of vulnerable trust, patient first, feedback, accountability, adaptability, results driven and continuous improvement, as well as encouraging cross functional collaboration and fostering strong relationships across the different touch points of the patient journey.

**What is required for the role?**

**- Knowledge of D365 and FLS (desirable)
- Experience managing projects and change programmes
- Experience of process development
- Excellent organisational skills
- Results focussed with a growth mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
