We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative person to lead the role of Head of UK Marketing and Partnerships and to be part of our vibrant, growing company. The Head of UK Marketing and Partnerships will be reporting to UK Director and responsible for managing marketing and SI-UK’s suite of events in the UK.

**Marketing Strategy**
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives including managing the annual marketing budget.
- Liaise with marketing managers in other SI-UK offices globally to share ideas, exchange insight and continually improve our existing marketing strategy.

**University Liaison**
- Developing strong partnerships with a broad university network
- Oversee the smooth running of university visits, training sessions and FAM trips
- Attend any events and conferences that may assist SI-UK with branding and relationship building universities.
- Sell digital marketing, fairs and other events to university partners to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets.

**Events**
- Responsible for successfully organising the UK university fairs in UK
- Managing the fair budget and marketing plans including nationality specific marketing
- Writing and presenting reports post analysing each event with suggestions on a way forward.

**Lead Generation and Marketing**
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Work with the Partnerships and Digital Marketing Officer and teams globally to design, build and grow social media presence.
- Build a strong newsletter strategy and liaise with our teams globally (especially in India) to implement paid and other promotional campaigns
- Liaise with the Content Development Manager to Plan and execute content marketing strategy to engage audience and increase rankings
- Implement lead-generation and lead nurturing programs to engage with prospects, leads, MQLs and SQLs
- Collaborate with design team to create landing pages, optimise user experience and build marketing collateral
- Collaborate with global digital marketing team to implement campaigns
