Mission and key priorities of the role
As part of a team you will be responsible for providing various supply chain and purchasing administrative tasks.
The role designed for you- You will process external; intercompany purchase order entry’s and non-stock order entry’s into the Company’s software program- You will enter order confirmation into Alyante- You will update supplier contact information in the supplier order portfolio and ensure this is continuously managed- You will ensure the replenishing of the graphics- You will be responsible for booking-in assigning and labelling Tri-UK orders, consumable orders, semi-finished and raw material orders.- You will be responsible for checking and correcting Goods receipt notes.- You will be responsible for posting the Goods Received Notes into Alaynte- You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the Alyante pricelists- You will provide support on accounts invoice queries- You will attend to import custom entries and queries- Other adhoc duties as required for the role
Who are we looking for- GCSE’s in English and Mathematics at grade A-C (or equivalent)- 1 or more years in a supply chain/purchasing administrator role- Exhibit high level of professionalism and tact in difficult situations- Creative thinking and problem solving skills- Proficient on Microsoft Office packages- Strong interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds- Fluent in the English language
