**Overview**:

- The Assistant will support the operations of Greatest Computers, ensuring smooth daily activities and providing direct assistance to the executive team. This dual-role position requires a highly organized, efficient, and reliable individual capable of handling diverse tasks ranging from managerial duties to personal assistance, including driving.

**Assistant Manager Duties**:

- Assist in overseeing daily business operations.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Support the executive team in strategic planning and execution.
- Supervise and lead team members, providing guidance and support.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Personal Assistant Duties**:

- Manage the personal schedule and appointments of the executive team.
- Run personal errands and handle tasks as requested by the executives.
- Provide driving services for executives, including transportation to meetings, events, and personal errands.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist with household management tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Friendly and patient approach in any circumstances.
- Proven experience in a managerial or assistant role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications (not required as full training will be provided)**:

- Experience in the tech industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of high-end custom computer components and accessories.

Pay: £24,809.00-£42,760.00 per year
