**Evening Shift 5pm -1am.**

**Job description**

We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join the team.

Working 5pm to 1am Sunday to Thursday (5 Shifts)

Very generous annual bonus scheme.

Free food provided.

35 days holiday including Bank holidays.

Sick pay after 12 months service.

40 hrs per week + possible O/T

All training will be provided.

**Job Description.**

Powder Production Blending and Packing.

To manufacture products using the raw materials allocated and to the correct procedures.

Ensure that stock of finished goods is suitably packed and available to meet customer requirements.

This position involves standing on your feet for most of the shift, consistently manual handling items that are 25 kg in weight throughout the duration of the shift.

Manual handling training will be given.
- Packing of Products
- Manufacture of Products
- Follow manufacturing methods to produce products that are in specification efficiently and safely.
- Record all additions, levels, and batch numbers via barcode system.
- Ensure that all products are packed off to the correct level in the correct packaging, are in good condition and are accurately labelled.
- Carry out stock transfers using barcode system.
- Keep accurate records of what products have been packed off.
- Carry out QC tests diligently and bring any abnormal deviation to Production Managers attention immediately.
- Report any issues with equipment or raw materials to the Production Manager or Maintenance Manager.
- Quality - Ensure all factory departments’ work to the ISO 9001:2015 standard as set out in our quality manuals.

Health & Safety
- Always wear minimum PPE requirements. This will include safety goggles and dust masks.
- Follow H&S Policy and Procedures.

Housekeeping
- Always maintain good housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

**Knowledge and Skills Required**:
**1. Forklift Truck (counterbalance) License**

**5. Good Practical Skills**

**6. Able to concentrate whilst doing repetitive tasks**

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
