Sales Supervisor

Supervise and handle daily sales operations at the retail front; bakery, snacks, frozen products etc, ensuring smooth and efficient customer service.
- Oversee product displays, stock levels, and merchandising to ensure an attractive and well-organized storefront.
- Monitor customer preferences and feedback, providing insights to the management team for product and service improvements
- Provide product knowledge to customers and resolve customer queries on products such as allergen details, suitability etc.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and increase foot traffic.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the production warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment of stock and availability of fresh products.
- Maintain accurate sales records, process payments, and manage cash registers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist with inventory management to minimize wastage and stock shortages.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards within the retail environment.
- Support the bakery and other production managers in planning seasonal promotions and identifying potential sales growth opportunities.

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
