**-- MISSION --**

**The Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding service, representing the brand by providing expert knowledge, supporting the customers throughout their journey and making recommendations, and ensuring a smooth running of the store.**

**-- RESPONSIBILITIES --**
- **Show outstanding product knowledge and services offered.**:

- **Maintain excellent service and selling standards.**:

- **Form lasting Client relationships.**:

- **Perform store opening and closing duties.**:

- **Partner with the store team to execute, achieve and exceed sales and KPI goals.**:

- **Accurately complete operational tasks such as order processing, receiving stock, shipping merchandise and maintaining the look of the showroom.**:

- **Participate in special store functions as directed by the store leader; such as floor sets, client events, store meetings and physical inventory.**:

- **Any other responsibilities as assigned by management.**:

- **Work on special projects as needed.**

**-- REQUIREMENTS --**
- **1+ years experience in retail client service and sales in the furniture/interior industry**:

- **Ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and have strong time management skills as well as work as part of a team.**:

- **Passion for furniture and design.**:

- **Sales driven and ability to work under pressure.**:

- **Contacts and knowledge of the local interior design community is an advantage.**
