We are seeking concierge staff to work alongside the core concierge team at a prestigious residential dwelling in central London (Westminster and Chelsea) to deliver a first class service.

The shift patterns will suit individuals who are flexible and available, sometimes at short notice. This may be suitable for students or those with another job.

This may also suit someone looking for a new career.

**We are company that works in the hospitality sector providing concierge, valet and security staff.**

**We are now recruiting for new team members to work at a prestigious residential units in Westminster and Chelsea. If you are interested in part-time work, or combining it with another job or university, this is the job for you.**

**About the role**:

- Carry out patrols across the site (security and health and safety) and report back findings to the concierge team
- Answering the phone and dealing with queries.
- Welcoming residents / visitors into the building
- Assisting residents and contractor
- Support the core concierge team carry out their role
- Assisting with deliveries across the site
- Assisting with the resolution of health and safety issues.
- Checking issues within apartment and reporting back to be escalated (as appropriate).

Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanour, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.

**Available to cover shifts at short notice**

Must be able to work with or without supervision.

Other related duties as assigned.

**Job Types**:
7 days a week

12 hours shifts 07.00 - 19.00/ 19.00 - 07.00 or 08.00 - 20.00/20.00-08.00

Night and Day

We are happy to discuss flexible working: working day and/or nights and number of shifts (which can range between 2/4 shifts a week on average a week).

**Salary**: £12.21/hour
