The purpose of the role is to manage all administrative tasks while also guaranteeing the highest standard of customer satisfaction in all interactions. You will ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered on time by liaising with the production and distributionteams to check the progress of orders, keeping the customer informed throughout the journey. Working alongside our industry experts, you will have the opportunity to receive mentorship from more seasoned team members to enhance your skills and develop yourself within an award-winning brand. **In more detail your role will include**: - Producing high standard presentations that will allow the department to make decisions and to reach expectations - Is a product expert and gives high-value support to all our customers - Ensures the smoothest ordering and delivering process via our channels, with high standard level interactions across departments - Deals in the most efficient way with all complaints received, looking into customer satisfaction and profit impact of decisions - Reporting accurately on a regular basis and adapts each report to direct public - Problem solving, reporting on risk and help with solution finding - Flex into other areas and support the team - Understanding the links between roles and departments and being able to manage relationships effectively and work with all teams - Adding value through knowledge of analytic support and the implementation/creation of new ideas - Demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset by proposing analytical or data driven ideas/solutions **We would love to hear from you if you..** - Have experience in a similar role - Are someone with an analytical mindset, strong communication and organisational skills - Have the ability to multitask effectively and enjoy working with numbers and excel/spreadsheets - Confident in V-Lookup, Pivot Tables etc. - Have a problem-solving attitude **About us** We believe that our People make Medik8 who we are.
