Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing relationships between Arc Legal and our external supply chain, including outsource partners with claims handling authority and solicitors.

This is a group role covering Legal Expenses Insurance and Assistance Products such as Motor Breakdown, Home Emergency and Key Cover.

**Duties (to include but are not limited too)**:

- Liaising with supply chain to obtain commercial terms.
- Support in the supply chain on-boarding processes in accordance with agreed procedure, to include:

- Obtaining commercial terms.
- Arranging due diligence in conjunction with the Governance Team.
- Checklist completion, including agreeing MI format, data feeds, operational processes etc.
- Implementation of standard agreements.
- Arranging drafting and implementation of non-standard agreements.
- Support in the annual review and profitability of all outsourced arrangements.
- Review of supply chain MI against agreed SLA’s.
- Allocation and cancellation of access codes for supply chain products, as necessary.
- Where needed, review of incoming supply chain invoices against MI (where not a claims function).
- Completion of internal and external supply chain audits, as required.
- Facilitation and resolution of general queries from supply chain and internal teams in relation to suppliers.
- Support in the development and implementation of a standard format in relation to incoming supply chain MI.
- Obtaining supply chain information or marketing material for the purpose of tenders received by Arc, or client reviews.
- Assisting in the development and ongoing maintenance of the supply chain database.
- Support in undertaking supply chain tenders.
- Coordinate in-house engineers including but not limited to booking jobs, ordering parts, invoicing and credit control (if needed). Attendance at internal and external meetings as necessary.
- Preparation of agenda and material for supply chain meetings.
- Production of meeting minutes and agreed actions following meetings as necessary.
- General administrative duties as required.
- To carry out all work in accordance with agreed service standards and FCA regulations.
- To provide general assistance, guidance and knowledge sharing across the business.
- Ad-hoc project work.
- Maintain secure, efficient, and accurate filing systems in accordance with agreed procedures.
