**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Assist in the planning of special events or catering services as required.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a culinary role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food production and presentation.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.48-£15.00 per hour
