**About The Role**

**About The Role**
This role involves working closely with the People & Culture (P&C) and Consultant Experience (CX) teams to provide client groups with a high quality, responsive and proactive HR service. You will be assisting the team to support c.2000 UK consultants and internal staff in all stages of their employment from on-boarding, career progression, performance management, employee engagement, well-being and offboarding.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Build an understanding of all FDM People policies and procedures and support the team in updating and maintaining them through the annual review process.
- Provide administrative support to both departments during the integration of a new combined operating model.
- Collate and distribute regular management reports and ad-hoc reports for team members
- Co-ordinate team meetings and events as required and establish good working relationships with global people teams.
- Support with P&C and CX ad-hoc tasks and projects
- Ensure employee files and HR systems are maintained with correct information in line with the UK GDPR. Focus on data integrity.
- Support the organisations objectives to maximise the usage of SAP Success Factors through automation of our processes.

**About You**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a focus on service delivery and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work well both within a team and independently, as well as know when to escalate queries
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task with a ‘can-do’ attitude and positive work ethic.
- Previous experience in an office environment would be beneficial.

Support for CIPD professional qualification can be provided following the successful completion of 6 months’ service.
