**Telematic Quality Assurance Manager**

**Overview of role**

Management of installation VIP documents and processes
- Support testing and release of new and existing products with sign-off responsibilities
- Support, spec, and document special projects
- Installation training and support
- Engineering support to the VT support Team.
- Technical support training to resale partners and TSPs
- Develop new fault-finding documents and flows for in house support teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain the VT VIP library.
- Training of support staff and technical staff on hardware products and differnt installation types
- o Recording systems
- o Accessories
- Management of customer escalations related to installation issues (Tier 3 and above)
- Build and maintain up to date in house and contractor auditing process and documentation.
- Installer certification and training for all partners and contractors

**Customer Service Responsibilities**
- Ensure High level fault investigations are manged until closure with the relevant teams.
- Full reports are completed and signed off with in house technical teams

**Sales Engineering Responsibilities**
- Act as a reference to Support team for product/software related issues.
- Provide installation technical assistance for TSP partners during integration, launch, and ongoing maintenance 5. Deliverables

- Support Team SLA and KPIs
