Catalent are currently recruiting for a Technologist 1 to join the Swindon site. The Technologist 1 is responsible for supporting the development of safe, compliant, robust and efficient products for commercialisation whilst being supervised by a Senior or Principal Technologist.

The Role:

- To conduct appropriate product development activities to allow a robust process within the product knowledge space to be developed.
- To assist in creation of process design specifications and conduct appropriate studies to establish and demonstrate that the process meets its pre determined processing specification.
- To provide technical support during the validation of products to achieve right first time introduction.
- To support in resolving process problems and continuously improve the process.
- To assist with the design and execution of experimental protocols to maximise process understanding.
- Ensure new/existing equipment is capable, robust and safe, meeting the requirements of regulatory bodies.
- To make effective use of communication systems (i.e. internet) to maintain your personal knowledge and to aid timely resolution of process issues.
- Strong communication skills
- GMP knowledge (advantageous)
- Good attention to detail
