CK Group are recruiting for an HSE & Compliance Manager to join a Chemical company at their site based in Stafford on a permanent basis.
**The Company**:
Our client is a leading adhesives manufacturer that puts into both the consumer and industrial markets. They work in a range of sectors in over 50 countries.
**Location**:
This role is located out of our client's site in Stafford but will require travel to other UK sites.
**Your main duties will be**:

- To define and develop health, safety and environmental strategies for UK sites.
- To manage HSE compliance across UK sites.
- Ensuring sites managing flammable or reactive chemistry are following pre-existing process safety standards.

**Your Background**:

- Previous health, safety, environmental and compliance management experience in the chemical or another process industry.
- Degree educated (or equivalent experience) with NEBOSH certificate.
- Good knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards, COMAH regulations and process safety.
- Previous line management experience.
