You will work alongside an efficient and experienced team to assist in the day-to-day running of the Wellness Centre to ensure that our guests and members needs are met and they are provided with exceptional customer service at all times.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the health and wellness industry.

**Some duties and responsibilities include;**
- Greet all customers, book members into classes, book customers into treatments
- Encourage and sign up new members
- Providing guests and members with advice on classes and services and answer any queries
- Responsible for the day to day running of the Reception
- Ensuring the Reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Daily administrative tasks
- Support the General Manager with ad/hoc tasks
- Key holder responsibilities

**In order to be successful for this role you will have**:

- Impeccable communication and people skills
- A sense of urgency about achieving objectives and a problem solving approach
- Be calm and assured under pressure.
- Have a passion for the Health & Fitness industry (preferred but is not essential)
- Excellent knowledge of our ethos and services (training will be provided)
