**Site Services Officer**

**Salary: Grade 4 £19,698 - £23,080 pa**

**+ 14%split shift allowance (£2,758-£3,231pa)**

**37 hours per week (on a shift basis)**

We are looking to appoint a well organised, pro-active, enthusiastic and committed individual with good interpersonal and communication skills for the position of Site Services Officer at our school.

The Site Services Officer will work as part of the Site Services Team and will ensure that all site maintenance activities including maintenance, Health and Safety, caretaking and monitoring are carried out effectively to enable the provision of a quality learning environment. You will have good practical skills for general building repairs and maintenance and good communication skills to work with external consultants and contractors.
