Account Handler

Townsend McCormack Insurance Brokers has been providing Insurance Broking Services since 1991. We are a family-run company that encourages a constructive, and amiable working environment.

In this role, you will help us to grow the book of business as well as manage existing clients’ needs.

This will be a key role working closely with the MD so we are looking for someone with good Commercial Insurance knowledge able to run a Lloyds and London market account

You will be working with our small team; you will enjoy this diverse role in developing opportunities. Training is available to brokers with knowledge of the commercial insurance market.

We will allow you to use your initiative and to adopt your own style in finding solutions whilst providing resources and assistance where necessary.

**Are you the right person for us?**
- 3 years + UK Commercial General Insurance experience
- Computing skills (Microsoft programs/Durell)
- Professional approach to clients

**What will your role as a Commercial Insurance Broker look like?**
- The account needs to be placed, administered and generally run by the broker
- The support to your colleagues and their support to you is aimed at shared solutions to team problems. A collaborative attitude is encouraged

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
