**Head of Online Programmes**

**Cambridge Regional College **have an exciting opportunity for a **Head of Online Learning** to join our Commercial team at our Cambridge Campus You will join us on a full-time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of **£40,600 per annum, plus staff benefits.**

**About the role Head of Online Teaching**:
We are proud of all of the work we have undertaken recently in developing our online programmes offer for adults.

We now have over 40 accredited qualifications, 40 CPD programmes and have supported nearly 2,000 learners since we launched this provision.

Our students say what a huge impact their course has had on their lives, and we are delighted to have played a role in this.

To continue with this excellent work, we are looking to recruit a Head of Online Teacher , someone who is an inspirational leader, someone who can cut through the noise and make complex processes simple and someone who is committed to the achievement and progression of our students.

If you are experienced in managing online learning in a fast paced, bottom line focussed environment then this could be the job for you.

Your main responsibilities would include:
**1. **Lead and encourage innovation in provision design and delivery to ensure that students are inspired, engaged, and prepared for their next steps in learning or work

**2. **Ensure the effective recruitment, deployment, and performance of staff.

Lead and manage inspiring support and assessment across the curriculum area, which deliver year on year improvements in student retention, attendance, achievement, value added, progression, and other measures
