**Location**: Hemel Hempstead

**Salary**: £55,000-£65,000 base salary

**Summary**:
Experienced Warehouse Manager with extensive experience in FMCG environment required for an established business within export, wholesale and e commerce.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehousing in line with budget and service level requirements. Developing a high performing team of colleagues to achieve operational excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop plans for operational teams to ensure efficient ways of working are in place
- Day to management of the warehouse operational teams and leading people development programmes
- Devising optimum shift patterns to suit business needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure KPI measures are in place: OTIF, picking and despatch accuracy, financial budget targets
- Work closely with finance teams developing and reporting on budget plans, variances etc.

Key Skills/Experience:

- Significant experience of managing warehouse operations
- Extensive knowledge of WMS
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communicator able to deliver messages with ease both to your team, colleagues and senior management
- Customer focussed with commercial acumen
- Proven continuous experience - 5s/six sigma
- Developing your e commence business
