Are you an experienced, motivated and energetic **Assistant Facilities Manager** looking for your next opportunity to provide a range of first class onsite support to clients and tenants?

We currently have an opening for an **Assistant Facilities Manager** based in **Bristol**, supporting the service delivery of an allocated portfolio of property which you will oversee with site visits from time to time. You will be working to create an environment fully compliant with Health, Safety & Fire, promoting sustainabilityand good environmental practices when carrying out work. You will play a key role in assisting in all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction.

Salary ranging from **£33,000 - £36,000** depending on experience.

Customer service must be a passion along with creative flair, a love of solving problems and delivering solutions.

You should have working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages, along with an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and experience of working within ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
