**Qualified Yr. 4 Teaching - Knotty Ash**:
Here at Milk Education, we are looking for a Qualified Primary School Teacher to work in a 2 Form Entry Primary School based in Knotty Ash to work on a flexible basis to cover pre planned absences and weekly sicknesses.

A can do attitude and a good personality is the most important thing our schools look for, so we are in need of exceptional communicators who can work confidently on their own but also as part of a team with other teaching assistants and class teachers.

This is echoed throughout the whole school and provides a friendly and supportive working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and teach well-structured, differentiated lessons that are aligned to the agreed curriculum and cultivate every student’s intellectual curiosity
- Manage behaviour effectively to create a safe, respectful and nurturing environment enabling students to focus on learning
- Actively promote the safety and welfare of our children and young people
- Ensure compliance with Arks data protection rules and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with KeyStage 2, with a good knowledge of the Curriculum
- Strong behaviour management with a flexible teaching style
- Enthusiastic, creative and passionate delivery of lessons
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Must hold a QTS status, such as a PGCE, B.Ed.
- Teaching in a UK Primary School or British International School in the last two years
- Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
