**Job Role**:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our UK team. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role with the opportunity to play your part in the continued growth of our online presence. Analytical and strategic, you will have a strong graspof numbers and help drive our strategy and recognise opportunities for growth. We are looking for someone with great managerial, administrative, IT and communication skills. This is an opportunity to really add value to an exciting, well-established ecommercecompany currently achieving almost £2M in turnover.

Reporting directly to the group CEO, you will also work closely with IT, customer service, logistics, accounting and purchasing departments while maintaining strong relationships with all service providers.

Full training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all online marketplace activity
- Full account level Profit & Loss responsibility
- Development and implementation of ecommerce strategy
- Work with developers and customer service to improve efficiency
- Work with all service providers in order to optimise workflow
- Deliver data-driven strategies in order to improve performance and achieve KPIs
- Monthly financial reporting

**Requirements**:

- Good working knowledge of online marketplaces
- Great IT skills
- Experience managing a team
- Comfortable working with significant autonomy in an evolving commercial structure.
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to speak French is a big plus but not essential.

Our IT team constantly refine our tools to streamline our businessprocesses and maximise operating efficiencies.

We are an international group of over 50 employees and can provide customer service in 9 languages.

**Salary**:
£35,000 - £45,000 DOE
