**A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join a busy and successful practice based in South West London during a period of growth.**

**The Firm**

Our client are a highly regarded, multi office firm based in an affluent area of South West London. The firm are long established with deep roots in the local community, and as such have built a strong, loyal client base.

They are seeking a Solicitor to work in their commercial property team, to support the partner in the growth of the department. The work includes a mixture of grants and assignments of leases, sales and purchases, property finance, options and developmentmatters, and independent legal advice matters.

This opportunity would suit a junior Solicitor seeking hands on exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters in a supportive environment. Alternatively, this would suit an experienced Solicitor seeking a practice that offers autonomy in yourwork and flexibility in your working pattern.

The work you will manage will include:

- Sales and purchases
- Property Finance
- Property development matters
- Leases (new and renewed)

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years PQE
- Experience handling a caseload of commercial property matters
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, both existing and new

**Benefits**
