**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Apprentice with Surge Agency Ltd, a maritime and renewable energy marketing agency based in London.

We are looking for a Digital Marketer to join our Marketing team. To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for digital marketing. You will be curious, a fast learner, and have the ambition to excel in our field.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Help manage social media channels and create engaging content.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Assist in the creation of reports and analysis of campaign performance.
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Skills Required**:

- An interest in sustainability and ethical working practices.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and develop your skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms — LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Training to be provided**:
Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
