- The role will include meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, dealing with any queries, taking payments, dispensing medication, interacting with customers, amongst an array of other tasks. Experience with customer service and administration tasks is essential, alongside being computer literate. This is a busy and demanding role, you must be able to cope well under pressure and be able to multitask.

Rosemary Lodge is a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital. The role requires that you are computer literate, confident with figures and able to cope well under pressure. By joining our group, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent standards of client and animal care. We offer a supportive and friendly working environment and great benefits.

Your shifts will be between 7:30am - 7pm, plus 1:4 Saturdays at Bath Cat Clinic 8:30am-1pm, working across all our Bath Vet Group branches. Rotas will be given at least 1 month in advance.
