PA to HR Director

London

Our client, a well known young fast paced fashion brand are looking for a PA to join the business, supporting the HR Director and wider HR team on some broader HR projects and tasks too, so this person also needs to be open to chipping in to assist the team.

Although much of the role will be working alongside the People Director, this role is likely to support the Head of Business Partnering too.

Responsibilities will involve high diary management, note taking in meetings, helping to organise events etc and must have very high power point and ideally content capability too.

They are ideally looking for a big friendly personality who is willing to be present as a conduit for people to the People Director and wider team, with a high presence in the London office (minimum 3 days a week in the office).

Main Duties -- Minute Taking
- Organising Events
- Diary Management
- HR related tasks
- General EA duties as required

You should have previous experience as either a PA or HR Coordinator ideally within a fast paced environment.
