Essential skills:

- Female carers only due to nature of work.

Must a driver with access to a car for work,

Must be friendly, chatty and enjoy talking to clients over a cup of tea or coffee.

Must be able to work every other weekend or one day every weekend.

Must be eligible to work in the UK

Preferred skills:

- Experience in a Care Home or Domicillary Care setting is preferred although not essential as training is provided.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents in daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in the care home environment.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members.
- Drive to various locations as needed to support home care services.

**Summary**

As a Community Care Assistant, you will be essential in delivering compassionate support to individuals in their own homes. Reporting to the Care Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You are an essential part in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.10-£13.75 per hour
