We provide Professional End of Tenancy Cleaning and post construction cleaning Services to houses and apartments in Belfast and North Down for Estate Agents, Landlords and developers.

**We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic cleaners to join our team**

**minimum 37 hrs per week Tuesday to Saturday**

You will be a key part of a growing team who will produce clean and hygienic environments for incoming tenants who are excited about moving into their new homes.

**Requirements**:
Travel using company vans to residential properties and complete professional cleaning using company equipment such as vacuum cleaners and cleaning products and materials.

Follow all training and guidance provided

Regular communication with team colleagues and management

Collect and return keys to enter properties from/to local estate agents/locations if required.

Follow all company health and safety guidelines.

Adhere to company standards and procedures.

**Skills / Experience**

Full relevant driving licence is a requirement

Ideally a minimum of 1 year Professional End of Tenancy cleaning experience however, not nessesary as we will provide full training.

Must be hardworking and energetic as the job will require spending long periods on your feet and moving items, cleaning and similar tasks.

Must take pride in their work and have a good eye for detail.

Must be able to speak and understand basic English.

Ideally live close to Bangor/Newtownards

Full relevant driving licence is a requirement
