**JOB DESCRIPTION** The EMEA Client Operations Maintenance Executive Director will be responsible for all aspects of the maintenance of existing clients including the fulfilment of Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Client (KYC) and tax requirements for Private Bank in the EMEA region. You will partner with the Private Bank client-facing teams to ensure all client KYC records are compliant with regulatory standards, and will ensure high quality and timely completion of all client maintenance requests and client-level due diligence requirements during the relationship lifetime. To be successful, you will have a strong regulatory background, strong leadership management skills and relevant operations experience. You will be responsible and accountable for the development of the operating model whilst driving initiatives to enhance the client experience. You will drive issue resolution, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to consistently execute on deliverables, all while ensuring adherence with the standards of the firm and relevant regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities** - Partner with Private Bank client-facing teams to meet all regulatory requirements and internal polices - Clear understanding of required legal documents and process to maintain a Private Bank client - Maintain a governance and reporting structure to ensure objectives are clearly defined, deliverables are documented with associated metrics and all team members are engaged and on track with target deadlines - Clear understanding of required legal documents and processes to renew client relationships - Deliver Client Operations process outcomes meeting service levels, quality and control standards - Deliver successful change and transformation initiatives for the client due diligence process, including coordinating the participation of stakeholders who have KYC responsibilities - Proactive control and risk management, addressing gaps in processes and escalating issues to benefit the business in a dynamic environment **Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills** - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or related study - Extensive experience within financial services, operational or compliance fields and managing large teams across multiple locations - Strong written and oral communication skills with a "can-do" attitude and passion for driving best practices - Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, consultative in approach and understand and anticipate stakeholder needs to proactively deliver solutions - Continuous improvement and change management mindset, questioning conventional ways of managing the business and driving change to improve processes - Proactive and responsive communicator, maintaining frequent contact with business partners, listening to understand needs, and taking ownership of incoming and outgoing messages - Align resources according to business needs and manage individual performance, modelling the desired behaviours and outcomes **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills** - A strong sense of ownership and responsibility with ability to drive transformation and results through leadership, people, communication and influence - Client Onboarding / AML / KYC / Account Maintenance experience - Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders for informed decision-making and risk-taking, ensuring they can be executed from an operations perspective - Comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate and conflict - Multi-tasker who can manage multiple streams of work concurrently **ABOUT US** J.P.
